This combination of qualifications ensures a truly integrated approach to golf performance.

Mobility

Every performance plan begins with a clear understanding of how your body moves. We use the TPI Physical Screens to evaluate movement patterns that directly influence your swing. This process identifies physical limitations and asymmetries that may be holding you back from better mechanics and consistency.

Mobility has become a cornerstone of elite golf performance. Today’s PGA Tour players prioritize daily mobility work and structured recovery routines to protect their bodies and stay competitive throughout the year. By improving the specific areas of your body that have the greatest impact on your game, your swing can actually change because your body is capable of doing so.

Velocity

Across every level of the sport, increased swing speed and ball speed are now critical factors to staying competitive. At MVMNTGOLF, velocity training is designed specifically to meet that demand.

Power in golf is the product of Force x Velocity. Force is the product of Mass x Acceleration. Therefore, to hit the ball farther, athletes must be able to increase their force production and express that force quickly. Our velocity-based approach targets this exact equation—developing explosive speed, improving strength, and training the body to transfer energy efficiently into the club.

Training is matched to the unique energy system demands of golf: short, high-intensity bursts repeated over the course of a round. By aligning strength and speed work with golf-specific energy system requirements, we build power that is usable on the course—not just in the gym.

Mechanics

Every MVMNTGOLF performance program begins with a structured analysis of your swing using the TPI Swing Characteristics Screen. We evaluate the “Big 15” swing traits, which are specific, research-based patterns that describe how the body and club are interacting throughout the swing.

This process allows us to clearly identify whether swing faults are caused by technical swing flaws or physical limitations. The body–swing connection is critical. What looks like a swing problem is often a movement problem first.

Nutrition

What you eat and drink has a direct impact on how you feel and how you perform on the course. At MVMNTGOLF, we provide practical, sports-focused nutrition guidance to help you fuel your body for golf and training.

We help you understand basic macronutrient targets, simple meal timing strategies for steady energy during your round, and hydration habits that match your individual needs. The focus is on everyday choices so you can play with better focus, stamina, and recovery.

Training

Golf-specific training focuses on the physical qualities that directly impact your swing and performance, including upper and lower body disassociation, core stability, hip, spine, and shoulder mobility, balance, and the ability to produce force quickly.

Training is available through 1-on-1 coaching, partner training, group fitness, and junior performance programs. Every program is individualized using insights from your physical and swing evaluations.
